The "Mad Minute"
 | This discipline |
 | The target is normally a 'Figure 11' but may be changed on the day *. |
 | Any type of rifle, of greater than .22 calibre is to be used. |
 | Iron sights only are permitted. |
 | The course of fire is as follows:-
 | The discipline will commence with the firearm (including magazine) unloaded. |
 | The ammunition may be laid out ready for use, but not in the hand. |
 | On the first signal, the competitor may load their firearm and fire until the second
'signal'. |
 | At the second 'signal' the competitor must immediately cease firing, unload their
firearm and 'show clear'. |

 | Scoring
 | The winner will be the competitor with the most number of hits on the target, regardless
of score. |
 | Ties will be determined on a countback from the amount of 'bulls', 5's, 4's etc. gained.

 | Appeals on any aspect of the shoot not governed by these rules must be made immediately
to the Range Conducting Officer (RCO). |
 | The Range Conducting Officer (RCO) will have total discretion in all matters relating to
the competition procedures, except scoring disputes. |
 | Prizes
 | Determined on the day. |

* In the case of a "Normal Bisley Bulls-Eye" target being used, only the
Black area is to be used for scoring.
